Cinque Terre

This surpassed expectation.. We walked from Riomaggiore to Monterosso, about 5 hours for us fit ones.. spectacular views on a path that was only 12 inches wide at some parts winding along the cliffsides. Each village brought unexpected delights including flirtacious italians... a must for any visitor to Italy.

A swim was so refreshing and revived us for the arduous task of eating lunch

Tuscany - a week of relaxation

Beutiful sites - no packing - vineyards, olive trees, hilltop towns, Florence and Sienna and San Gimignano plus plus plus.....

Wee fishing village - by chance found great little village just like you imagine in the picture books BUT had a Spanish influence and huge restaurant and a Casino ???
